We need an outpouring of magical activity from as many mages as possible.

Join us for this interactive, 3-hour weekend event to help bring the magic of the Fiddleheart grounds back to life.

Event Details:

  • SAVE THE MAGIC! is a 3 hour, interactive ticketed event.

  • Where: Outdoors at The historic Prallsville Mills, Stockton NJ

  • 3 Ticket Times:

    • Saturday, July 17 from 10am-1pm.

    • Saturday, July 17 from 3-6pm.

    • Sunday, July 18 from 3-6pm.

    • NOTE: THERE IS NO LONGER AN EVENT ON SUNDAY from 10am-1PM

    • RAINDATE: Saturday & Sunday, July 24 & 25 (extreme weather only).

  • What to expect: Up to 64 mages of all ages will gather at the dedicated start time of the event. As a group, we will learn about our magical mission from our beloved Fiddleheart professors. Smaller groups of 16 will move through 3 unique tasks after which we will reunite as a large group for the finale.

  • Afterwards, mages are invited to visit our Question Market where magical vendors will be selling their goods. Question Market items are sold separately so please bring muggle money if you wish to purchase items such as wands, butter beer and more.

  • All spell-casting will occur while following proper magical AND non-magical safety protocols. (No invisible masks if unvaccinated, no wands in back pockets, no bubble hexes!) Learn more about our Covid Safety Plan here.

  • You are strongly encouraged to bring your own wand. Mini-wands will be available for those who have no wand. You will have the opportunity to purchase a wand after the event at our Question Market.

  • We are creating an event for the whole family~ keep in mind, magic can be unpredictable and swift, proficient wand work may be required. This event may be best for mages aged 7 and up.

 

Important Ticket Information

PLEASE READ BEFORE PURCHASE

  • Individual tickets cost $65.

  • We encourage you to buy tickets in blocks of 4, creating your own covid-safe pods. This helps us more easily maintain social distancing while traveling through the event.

  • Buy 4 or more tickets for a 15% discount. Use discount code: 4FOR15OFF

  • Buy 8 or more tickets for a 30% discount. Use discount codes: 8FOR30OFF

  • NOTE: If you have the financial means to pay full price for all of your tickets, don’t use the codes. Your generosity will help support Fiddleheart pay their professors and stay operational until 2022.

  • Young mages ages 11 and under must have an adult guardian traveling with them throughout the event. This adult guardian must purchase a ticket. For mages ages 11 and under, this is not a drop-off event.

  • All mages ages 12-17 may travel through the event without direct adult supervision. However, an adult must stay within 5 miles of the premises. Options include downtown Stockton, the Prallsville Mills parking lot or an outdoor, shaded waiting area on the Mill grounds. The adult responsible for unaccompanied mages ages 12-17 does NOT need to purchase a ticket to the event. The adult IS required to leave a contact phone number with Keeper Kaconure. Fiddleheart is not directly responsible for mages ages 12-17 unaccompanied by an adult.

  • Your digital receipt is your proof of purchase. Check in at the time of the event is required for entry.

  • All tickets sales are final. If tickets are available, ticket-holder may be able to change the day and/or time of the ticket by contacting Fiddleheart.

  • In purchasing tickets to Save The Magic! I agree to the Terms and Conditions.

  • For admittance to the event, you must select yes to the Terms and Conditions/Liability Waiver at checkout. If you select no, your ticket purchase will be refunded.

Cancelation Policy:

Fiddleheart Academy reserves the right to cancel any Fiddleheart event due to insufficient enrollment, covid-related restrictions, inclement weather or unforeseen obstacles. In the event of a total cancellation of the event with no alternate days/times to attend , all ticket holders will receive a full refund or will be given the opportunity to donate some or part of the refund to Fiddleheart.

Financial Assistance:

Fiddleheart Academy offers some financial assistance for those who need it. We never want finances to determine whether or not you can participate in the magic we have brewed up for this summer.
