As a well-regarded school of magic with a limited number of cauldrons in the potion's classroom, we tend to fill very quickly. Register now to ensure spot for your magical student.

Priority Registration: Priority registration is open to former students and those on our email list until February 14th. Priority registration comes with a loyalty discount.

Registration will open to the general public on February 15th

NOTE: Once you pay your tuition, you will receive a confirmation email. In this email is the link to the registration form and medical form. Alternately, you can go to the link for the registration form and medical form in the most recent newsletter.

NOTE: Session One and Session Two are the same storyline. Your child will not be able to register for both sessions.

Covid Vaccine Requirement: We will require all students to have been fully vaccinated for Covid 19 prior to attending. Proof of vaccination is required. Booster shots for those eligible is highly recommended.

Cancelation Policy:

In the event that you cancel your registration before July 3rd, 2022 for Session One and July 17th, 2022 for Session Two, you will be refunded your payment less $75.00. There will be no refund after these deadlines unless we can fill your spot prior to the start of term.

Fiddleheart Academy reserves the right to cancel either 2-Week Summer Term due to insufficient enrollment.  We require at least 48 students for us to hold classes.  In the event that we must cancel, Fiddleheart Academy will fully refund your tuition payment.

Financial Assistance and Payment Plans:

Fiddleheart Academy offers financial assistance for those who need it. We can do this in two ways: 1) through a payment plan and 2) partial scholarships. Please contact us directly to discuss with Headmistress Kirstin Hobbliknob. headmistress@fiddleheartmagic.com or 917-687-1859.
